How long does a typical project take?
Most websites take 3-4 weeks from start to launch. Automation projects vary depending on complexity, but usually 2-6 weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline in our discovery call.
Do I need to provide content and images?
You'll need to provide your written content about your services (or I can help guide you on what to write). Stock photos are included in every project, but your own photos always work better if you have them.
Can I update the website myself after it's built?
Yes. I build sites so you can update content, add new pages, and make basic changes yourself. I'll show you exactly how during a training session. For more complex updates, I'm available on an hourly basis.
What if something breaks after launch?
You get 30 days of free support after launch to fix any issues. After that, I offer monthly maintenance plans (from £50/month) or hourly support as needed (£60/hour).
Do you do SEO and marketing?
I handle technical SEO (making sure your site is fast, mobile-friendly, and properly structured for Google). For ongoing marketing, I can recommend partners or set up basic automation to help capture and follow up with leads.
What happens if we're not a good fit?
I'll tell you honestly in our first call. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so and point you toward better alternatives. No point wasting either of our time.
Do you offer payment plans?
For projects over £3,000, yes. Typically: 50% to start, 25% at midpoint, 25% on launch. We can discuss what works for your budget.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not happy with the initial concepts (within the first week), I'll refund your deposit minus any work completed. After that point, we work through revisions until you're satisfied.
