Independent Dance Training is a UK dance examination awarding body. Their existing site was burying qualifications, syllabi, and exam resources behind confusing navigation — teachers and students were leaving without finding what they needed.

We rebuilt the site around real user journeys: a teacher finding a syllabus, a student checking exam requirements, a new visitor exploring membership. Bounce rate dropped 50%. Pages now load three times faster.

A university department was managing lecture delivery through email attachments, shared drives, and manual attendance registers. It was fragmented, time-consuming, and impossible to audit.

Perform Data Track manages examination results for a training provider. Results were scattered across multiple spreadsheets, manually cross-referenced, and prone to errors — with no reliable way to search or report across cohorts.

We built a secure internal portal in three weeks. Any result is now retrievable in under 10 seconds. Structured input forms eliminated data entry errors. Four spreadsheets became one auditable database.
