Common questions.
How does the Up to £500 discount work?
It comes straight off the project price in the proposal. If a project is quoted at £2,000, you pay £1,500. No voucher codes, no conditions beyond being accepted as a founding client.
What counts as "priority support"?
For six months after launch, your requests jump the queue. Same-day responses, fixes turned around within 48 hours, no extra charge for small tweaks.
Do I have to agree to the case study upfront?
Yes — it's part of the deal. That said, you'll review and approve everything before it goes live. Nothing gets published without your sign-off.
What if I'm not ready to start immediately?
That's fine. Spots are held for applicants who can start within 4–6 weeks. If your timeline is longer, it's worth applying now and we can discuss.
Is there a minimum project size?
The founding client offer applies to projects from £2,000 upwards. Smaller one-off jobs don't qualify, but we can still work together on standard terms.
How many spots are left?
Three in total. Once they're gone, the offer closes and new projects move to standard pricing.
